New Clinical Coordinator Role at PFCA
Princeton Family Care Associates has added the Clinical Coordinator Nurse position to our practice. Our Registered Nurse, Ms. Adria Trapani-Barnacz, will oversee patient care across all clinicians, working closely with the Psychiatric Medical Director, Ricardo Fernandez, MD, and the Advanced Practice Nurses, Ms. Uche O’Keem, and Ms. Raquel Rahim.
In providing coordinated care, the Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day issues, such as medication orders, prior authorizations, and any emergent and urgent patient care needs, such as triaging calls from patients and clinicians with questions and concerns. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator may collaborate with patient providers and family as needed to provide improved guidance and direction in patient’s treatment plan.
