Insurance & Payment
In order to provide our patients with the proper time necessary for evaluation and treatment, Princeton Family Care Associates, LLC has elected not to participate with any HMO's, managed care plans or other health insurance carriers, including Medicare
and Medicaid. Medicare patients will not be reimbursed by Medicare or any secondary insurance. A signed Private Contract is required if a Medicare patient elects to be treated at our practice acknowledging that they have a choice to see a Medicare provider elsewhere. Patients with Out of Network commercial benefits are able to obtain partial reimbursement for our services. Our staff will provide patients with a correctly coded fee slip necessary for submission to their insurance company for any reimbursement benefits allowed. We are happy to assist the patient in their efforts to seek reimbursement, however, full payment is expected at time of service. Check with your insurance carrier regarding reimbursement for in-person and/or telemedicine out of network claims. Princeton Family Care Associates accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. We offer a Discount for payments made within 1 week of the date of service by paying with a check or cash. As well as a Medicare discount for visits to most of our clinical staff. |
