Our practice sees patients both in-person and virtual. Telemedicine has grown in popularity and for the majority of our patients has been very successful. We have decided to continue with this appointment model when clinically appropriate for the benefit and ease of our patients.

Route 1 take the Alexander Road East access road and follow to Roszel Road at the second traffic light and turn right. 12 Roszel Road is on the left side marked by a brown and white sign, across the street from the Tyco Building. Follow driveway to the rear of the building to park. We are in the "A" building in the middle. We are on the first floor. Administrative & Clinical Hours: Monday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Wednesday 11:00 am – 6:30 pm Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday 9:00 am – 3:30 pm Our reception and clinical nursing staff is available in the office Mondays - Fridays. Our medical director, Dr. Fernandez, sees patients for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is available for administrative matters and clinical supervision. PFCA After Office Hours Availability: Patients can contact our on-call nurse until 10:00pm on weeknights only. After 10:00pm, weekends and holidays emergency contacts will be addressed within 24 hours. Medication refills will no longer be addressed on weekends or holidays. If patients need medical attention, after 10:00pm on weeknights, over the weekends or on holidays when the office is closed, and they cannot wait for a call back, they are instructed to seek emergency care at their local Emergency Room or dial 911. All messages left on the On Call voicemail will be monitored on weeknights until 10:00pm and reviewed to determine if the call requires a response or can wait to the next business day. |
